Indian Railways is the largest railways network in the world carrying millions of passengers and tonnes of freight everyday. Madhucon has made a mark in this sector by completing several projects across the country including projects under the prestigious Konkan Railways. These include embankments, station buildings and facilities, conversion of existing railway lines from meter gauge to broad gauge, railway tracks and bridges, tunnels, maintenance depots, concrete sleepers and track components.

Madhucon has successfully completed contracts through the execution of close to 500 kms of national highways in the Golden Quadrilateral Road Network Project - accounting for more than 7% of the prestigious project. Completed 2,400 lane kms of State & National Highways so far and another 1,700 lane kms are under construction.
